By booking a spot at The Frequency of Transformation, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Non-Refundable Deposit

To secure your reservation, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates, as it covers immediate overhead and venue commitments.

2. Cancellation & Refund Schedule

• 60+ Days Out: Cancellation will result in a refund of the balance paid, minus the non-refundable deposit.

• Within 60 Days: No refunds or credits will be issued under any circumstances. We strongly recommend "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) insurance.

3. Mandatory Travel Insurance

All participants must hold a valid comprehensive travel insurance policy. This policy must cover medical emergencies and trip cancellations. Chrysalide Holistic Wellness is not responsible for financial losses due to travel delays, illness, or personal emergencies.

4. Health & Liability Waiver

• Physical Readiness: You certify that you are physically fit to participate in yoga and movement practices.

• Bioresonance Disclaimer: You acknowledge that bioresonance scans are for holistic wellness and educational purposes only and do not replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment.

• Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks related to participation and release Chrysalide Holistic Wellness from any liability for personal injury or property damage.

5. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave the retreat (without refund) if their behavior is disruptive, hazardous, or violates the alcohol-free/substance-free policy of the sanctuary.

6. Media Release

We may take photos or videos during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant us permission to use this media. If you wish to opt-out, please notify us in writing prior to the retreat start date.
